I did not cut my hair........
Molly is really into art and cutting paper right now. She is great with scissors and has used them appropriately so far. I have been wondering when she would cut something other than paper--mainly her hair. So I was bathing Will today and Molly comes in the bathroom with scissors in hand and says very seriously "I did not cut my hair". I just laughed as I see the jagged hairs on the side of her head. Most children do this at some point, I know I did. Most try to hide it though. Oh the honesty of a four year old.

McCanless cut her long locks into a mullet just after her fourth birthday. She, however, didn't realize it was such a big deal until she wanted a ponytail!! Then she bawled for quite a while. You're right, though, we all do it. Glad she didn't try to cut Will's hair! I'm certainly trying to drill that into McCanless' hard head: DO NOT CUT YOUR SISTER'S HAIR OR ANY HAIR! What fun having girls, right!? Hope all is well. I heard Will is just the cutest thing ever! Mimi and Moe BaPa are certainly proud of him!
